1) Ms. Wormley gained knowledge in the areas of job seeking, job retention, interviewing, business attire for jobs and interviews. She participated in the work adjustment classes covering the mentioned areas. She began learning good work habits and employers ' expectations through a supervised work experience (contract work). No community based job tryout was available to her during the work adjustment period. Feedback from the instructors indicated that Ms. Wormley made minimum progress in these areas. 2) Ms. Wormley learned three new ways to search for competitive employment. Wormley maintained the following work habits: accepting supervision without complaints or being disrespectful, accepting constructive criticism, and following instructions (no errors found in her work). However, two of five Instructor 's observations, indicated that Ms. Wormley had difficulty maintaining good attendance. She failed to call the office with a valid reason for two absences, which were November 17, 2017 and November 20, 2017. She was laid off on November 16, 2017, (please see note dated 11/15/2017). 4) Work observations and feedback from Instructor (verbally and written), , indicated that Ms. Wormley displayed appropriate personal management skills such as being able to work independently. However, she had difficulty maintaining emotional stability as evidenced by difficulty suppressing negative statements and emotions about working. On November 15, 2017, Evaluator and Ms. Wormley completing an exercise called "decisional balancing." Ms. (Deandra) Wormley was asked to list "pros" and "cons" for working. Immediately, Evaluator observed Ms. (Deandra) Wormley listed the "cons" for working first and she was able to list many factors.
