Zombie Apocalypse By: Khaylin Doby The zombies are gone and now we must restart our civilization. In the event of a zombie apocalypse I would restart civilization as a monarchy with a traditional economy. In the event of a zombie apocalypse if I was responsible for restarting civilization, I would choose a traditional economic system. I believe the economic system is the most valuable because it goes with my monarchy type of government. I would choose a monarchy for organization so that people would have some freedoms. Therefore security will be installed upon moving there and I can make my homes out of stone. The civilization will be placed on Mount. Whitney which is the highest peak of the Sierra Nevada mountain range which is located near Lake Tahoe in El Dorado County, California. Living in the mountains would sustain and will most definitely give my civilization security. On top of security our homes would be made of stone from the mountains. To get the stone easily I plan on having my citizens who know how to create dynamite to blow up chunks of mountain, which we will then use to create beautiful homes for every person in the civilization. Another security system is one I’d call the “bear trap” that isn’t necessarily just for bears. We’d hang up soup cans or only other metal objects that will sound when anything hits it. So either we have just found tonight’s dinner or we have a visitor. This method will help secure food and enable security. While this method helps in securing food for now, it can also help when storing food in the future. After killing the animal that we’ve found I’d store it and put salt on it to preserve. The check-up will include various tests and questions asked to the patient. It would be in the patient’s best interest to answer truthfully because their life may depend on it.
