Recommended: Factors that caused the cold war

The cold war was caused by many things and involved many people. The USA and the Solviet Union were huge parts of the cold war. One cause of the cold war was tht the Solviet Union wanted to spread communism world wide. Another cause of the cold war was the atomic weapons in America. One huge consequence of the cold war was that both the USA and the Solviet Union built a huge amount of atomic weapons.

The first reason I listed for causes of the cold war was that the Solviet Union wanted to spread comunism. This was a problem for the US because the US is a democracy. This caused the US to want to stop the Solveit union. The Solviet union was able to spread comunism to China. Communism spread to North and South Korea after China.
