Romeo and Juliet : the cause of their own deaths They say love is blind but with Romeo and Juliet did they ever think of losing each other/ love before their actions. In the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet die for not the reason of not being able to be together for the dislikes between their families they are the cause of their own deaths. If it were not for Romeo and Juliet leaving together once they had got married, Romeo killing Tybalt without thinking of the consequences, and Juliet not making sure Romeo new the plan of her fake death. “What O'clock tomorrow shall i send to thee? says Juliet (2.2.172-172) which means they are going to get married and are planning how to communicate and how things are going to go on. But then they stay talking about their emotions “Yet I should kill thee with much cherishing. Good night, good night! Parting is such sweet sorrow that i shall say goodnight till tomorrow (2.2.187-189) which shows how they are excited for the next day to be together and get married but if they are excited knowing they are going to spend time together would they want to spend their whole life together. When they had gotten married they should of left together knowing that in which every situation they where they would have each other their love of her life. If they would have left they would should of left since they got married and they would have not gotten separated.
