One in every 50 children is diagnosed with autism. More significant, 1 child in every 100,000 children, globally, has CDD (childhood disintegrative disorder). (1-3) In essence, 90% of CDD will lose the basic function such as walking or communication before the age of ten. (1-3) Until now, the causes of CDD and autism are not known, but there are some research suggestions about them. (3) In order to understand CDD and autism spectrum disorders, its possible causes, effects on individuals’ families, and physical health. What are the causes of CDD and autism spectrum disorders?. Mainly, The causes of autism Spectrum Disorders and the causes of CDD are not known. (2-3) Due to the lacking of research on this rare disorder. (2-3) On the other hand, there are many research that suggest some possible causes of CDD and Autism. (2) First, arise in the neurobiology of the brain(tumor in the brain). (2) Second, about half the children who are diagnosed with CDD have an abnormal electroencephalogram (EEG) that measures the activity in the brain by the brain wave. (1-2) First, Childhood disintegrative is a rare and severe condition that affects 6 major areas. (3) These 6 areas: understanding the language, spoken language, self help or social skills, motor skills, play with other children, bladder or bowel control. (2-3) As a matter of fact, a child must show a loss or a regression in these 6 areas. (3) For example, a child with CDD can loss the ability to walk, talk, understanding others, playing with others and controlling their bladder. (3) In fact, a child with CDD can experience a complete loss in the previous areas which is incurable. Similarly, a child with autism may loss the ability to communicate with others.1 Or talking and feeding themselves.
