Being a CNA, there is a lot to take on and deal with; this type of job you have to be ready physically, emotionally, and mentally. There will always be a need for a skilled nursing assistants at a hospital or nursing homes. All of the job responsibilities a CNA is required to complete can wear you out, but when you get to see that the patient having trust in you and feeling confident that you know what is best for them, is its own reward. There are some people who do not know what a CNA does and the lack of knowledge may result in them believing that they are not an important member to the health care team.
When I picture myself, I have faced many challenges in my life and realized how much i’ve grown and changed from them, just in the last year.
