He thinks his professional attitude in his work enviroment has helped his succeed in his job area and even says that the Frankie from the hallway hangers wouldn’t last in the position that he has now. James says that race playes a factor but it’s the way you towards certain things that will afffect you. Getting married and having kids changed his life in a positive way.
