Ashes. District common assessment Ashleigh loves her family but now she must make a huge life changing decision. Ashleigh’s parents are like many others today, divorced. They still fight a lot also. Ashleigh’s dad wants Ash (which is her nickname) to steal very important money from her mom. So now she must make a decision, does she take the money for her dad, or keep the money safe for her mom. Ash is going to steal the money because she's really loves her dad more. She wants to help out her dad and she want an easier life with her dad. One of the reasons she will steal the money is because she loves her dad more. First of all, he gives her a nickname. Studies show that actually if you have a nickname between kids and parents, you have a better relationship. “So why do you call her ashes?
