These aspects are based on the behavioral characteristics. First one is Selectivity, which reflects situation, when tourist uses only a small amount of the city’s infrastructure. Such users appears to be selective consumers, rather than omnivorous ones. They make the decision about the use of city’s facilities in the situation of limited time and knowledge, it distincts tourists from the citizens (MacCannell, 1976). Also the individual time-space budgets of tourists is likely to be restricted more severely than budgets of local users. Second aspect is rapidity. Tourists consume urban tourism product rapidly, as usually the length of stay in the cities is less than in beach or winter sport resorts. It can be explained with the fact, that there are many different motives of the urban tourism, not just holiday making, which presumes longer length of stay (Van Den Berg, 1995). According to the statistics, even the tourists who spend holidays in cities, usually do not spend there more than two days (. ). In small cities length of stay is measured in hours and in the large cities it is measured in days (Hall and Page, 2014:199). Also urban tourism can be characterized by being capricious, which means that it dependents from changes in trends and tastes.
