Religious leaders tend to separate God and aliens, however, one Fundamentalist Christian believes they might be one in the same. Charles Lawson went on a rant the other day claiming that scientists are abandoning evolution and the church is made up of UFO's.

CHURCH MAY BE IMPLODING

Religion is under serious threat these days as the ever increasing impact of technology continues to challenge the concept of God. Technology, research, medicine and space exploration are where the people are looking for answers. Instead of fighting this notion, one Tennesse Pastor is using his idea of science to fit into his Church ideologies. Lawson doesn't deny the existence of aliens like many other religious leaders might. instead, he believes that aliens do exist, they do communicate with us and they are directly related to God. Lawson then went on to say scientists are leaving the theory of evolution and going into the realm of the spiritual. Of course, there is no proof that any of this is happening. It very well could be Lawson's last ditch effort to save the imploding effect of the church.

It's opening one's mind to the inaccuracies of science. Apparently, the spirit world is something Lawson believes is much more accurate than the scientific one. In fact, the majority of scientists have a closed mind. By opening their mind to these fairy tales and paranormal experiences, God will then reveal himself. Oddly enough, this sounds an awful lot like someone with a closed mind. With Lawson and his church ignoring scientific advancements, they are only feeding into their own misinformation and creating more misguided, uneducated souls to be unleashed on the
