Ernesto Guevara de la Serna, more widely known as Che Guevara, a figure familiar to many even today, fought in the Cuban Revolution as a strong force, continuously proving great courage, leadership skills, and boldness. He, from the perspective of thousands, is seen to have been a major character who left so much behind. However, he is also hated by people in countries he visited, the greatest reason being the fact that he was a brutal murderer who was never afraid to kill. He fought for his beliefs, and his beliefs were not that of the people. It was two years of continuous battling for the 26th of July Movement, which was the army Guevara fought for. Yes. the army did kill. A lot. And many people find dislike in their hearts for that fact. However, they were able to succeed, and eliminate the growingly brutal, greedy government that ruled Cuba. He was going against the government, but obviously, he was trying to lead Cuba away from the horrible reality of having a dishonorable leader. In this means, rebelling was for a reasonable cause, and therefore he was right to freedom fight.
