Joseph Theodore Leslie Taylor is the most dominant criminal and gangster in the 1920’s Melbourne. Although only a diminutive 156cm tall, Squizzy had a fearsome reputation and was known for his cleverness and treacherous mind. Taylor, also known as ‘Squizzy’, was given this nickname because of a slightly droopy left eyelid. Some people also say that the name was given by the way Taylor ran, in a ‘squizzy’ motion.

Prior Political experience Bassett was involved in includes, Lower House of Delaware State Legislature 1785, The Upper House of Delaware State Legislature 1776 and 1770-1780 and 1783-1785, also the Delaware State convention in 1776 with lastly being apart of the Annapolis Convention in 1786 as a Delegate. Richard Bassett didn 't know at a young age that soon when he was older he would be a significant Figure Of the Constitutional Convention.
Sergeant Alvin Cullum York left a solid and long lasting legacy on Tennessee and the Unites States. He wanted to remember as a man who helps to improve the education in Tennessee, bring better roads to his town, and help his fellow man (Birdwell, 2001). York wanted to provide educational opportunities for mountain children of Tennessee. Alvin C. York Instituted founded in 1926 as a private agricultural high school. After the depression of 1937, the school became public and continued to serve under the control of the State Board of Education.

While Robert Smalls became famous for his bravery and actions, Phillis Wheatley became famous through her written words. Against all odds, these two African-American’s went and did what was called the impossible for people of their race in their times of history. Phillis Wheatley was brought to Boston, Massachusetts on the ship, The Phillis, in 1761 when she was just seven or eight years old. Phillis was small, frail, nearly naked, and could not speak a word of English when she arrived in America.
Tyrell Traylor was born october 31.1996 and raised on the southside of chicago. At a young age traylor used to watched many music videos and watching them fueled the start up for his love of music. At the beginning he was addicted to the catchy tune of jay-z’s “big pimpin” and soon he started learning the lyrics. sometimes by himself, traylor would imagined himself in concert freestyling his own lyrics. I picked to write about Alvin Ailey because I feel like this is the decade and generation that his legacy died in because when it comes to dance no one thinks of Ailey as the founding father his dancing is a lost art.. Alvin Ailey was an amazing dancer and choreographer with his own unique dance style. His talent was referenced in Fresh Prince of Bel Air and a different world his style is what makes him stand out from other choreographers.
