Child labor usually refers to children age 15 or younger, and it damages the child physically, emotionally, socially, and disturbs their growth cycle. Child labor damages the child’s health both mentally and physically in the short and long term which may lead them to lose their ability to walk long distances. The least the employers of child labor could do to the children giving them their childhood and youth is be ethical with them and treat them the way they deserve to be treated.
