I have always been a very caring person, so deciding to be a teacher came naturally, having an extreme level of patience, and an attention to students needs I believe my skill set will best be used teaching Special Education. I have been in Teaching Academy for 3 years, where I have worked with special education students and fell in love with them teaching. If later in life I chose to pursue teaching a different subject I would hope to still have a connection with students and help those especially who get as discouraged as I do in school.if anything is to come from my mistakes at school I hope it's to encourage others not to make the same. Being a teacher is a goal I have set for myself, I know it will not be easy and it will not always be rewarding but if I can help at least one student I will be able to die satisfied I ask again who is Cecilia Gallegos?
Because both humanity and nature have an inevitable end, the two are intertwined in a way that can aid in explaining how humanity is responsible for the way that nature is treated. Due to this relationship, humanity’s responsibility is to treat nature with respect, while also responsibly using nature in a way that can help preserve both humanity and nature. If humanity betrays this bond and is irresponsible, it is very easy to destroy nature and eliminate a vital resource for not only human advancement, but comfort from humanity’s own troubles. However, nature and humanity share another vital
Holding onto the connection with nature lets people have the freedom to see the world differently than what they are accustomed to. Sometimes the attachment with nature can be lost due to society and the changing civilization. For example, in the 1800’s America was undergoing major industrial changes
Many people who go into nature always see it as something beautiful and aesthetic, but they never see the other side to nature. Humankind’s connection with nature isn’t a real one. They always look at the bright side of nature but are blind to the true dark side of nature. JB MacKinnon’s article “False Idyll” (2012), reveals that nature is not just flowers in a field but can also be the survival of the fittest. He backs up his claim by talking about nature through anecdotes and expert’s research.
I’m sure most of you know that teaching is under the career for education and training. Most of the things I will say for this part of my speech you guys might already know about teachers. A teacher is the person who educates you in a place we all know called school. They’re here to prepare you for the real world. Teachers have to provide an education for you whether you like it or not.
As I sit by the ocean, listening to the sounds of the waves crashing and the seagulls swaying in the breeze, I am reminded of the beauty and power of nature. In a world that seems to be dominated by technology, it is often easy to forget just how important nature is to our well-being. For me, nature is not just a place to escape from the chaos of modern life; it is a way of life that I have come to rely on more and more as I have grown older. Growing up, I was always fascinated by nature. I loved nothing more than spending hours exploring the mountainside behind my house or going to the ocean with my family.

I have chosen this particular course as I enjoy working with children and extending my current knowledge on child development. I believe that to become a teacher, you must have the skill to provide a difference to a child’s education which I definitely have. My experience in placements shows that I find working with children interesting and fulfilling. I am an adaptable and responsible young man dedicated to any jobs I am given and will achieve them to the best of my ability. In addition, my ability to motivate, work under pressure and inspire is a mandatory skill in becoming a head teacher.
My career goals for the next 5-10 years include: I plan to go to the University of Wisconsin Marathon County (UWMC) or Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and UWMC next fall. I haven’t decided yet because my father is a professor at NTC and he knows of ways to get many of the general education classes cheaper at NTC than UWMC. NTC does not have my major of Elementary Education, so I would only take classes there for that reason. NTC only has the major of Childhood Education, which is preschool, not elementary. Whichever way I decide to go, I plan to get all or a majority of my general education classes done in Wausau.
Reflecting on my educational and practical experiences, I appreciate the infinite influence that teachers have on children. I realise that children will take the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom and use it throughout their lives. I know a teacher has to deal with many daily pressures and challenges, in the classroom. However, I feel I require the skills needed to deal with these challenges. As a teacher I hope not only to be an educator but a positive role model, whom the children can look up to and trust.
Nature has strewn around us so much beauty, so much treasure and so much pleasure. Only, we have any time to take a look. Our goal should be to live at par with nature. So, be wise, be in tune with nature, and be at home in leisure and domestic pleasure. It is a beautiful world out there.
Why do people want to become teachers? There is low pay, long hours, little benefits, students have more rights than teachers. I want to be a teacher because I want to make a difference and change every child’s heart that I come into contact with. Teaching is one of those jobs where you get to be an undercover angel, because you are able to effect so many different lives by caring and teaching. You matter not only to one person in an office, but for 18-20 kids.
Growing up in a house with a mom who is an educator showed me the importance of education and spreading the love I have for teaching others and helping them grow as a learner. I grew up surrounded by classrooms from a young age. I would hang out in my mom’s room in the morning and after school while she worked. I loved going to school and never wanted to miss a day for any reason. I loved school because of the teachers and staff I had and I would love to be the reason kids love coming to school as well.
I am pursing a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about education and excited to share the joy of learning with students. The perspective of wonder and sense of excitement that children bring into education motivates me daily. Teaching can leave a lasting impression in a child’s life and offers a special opportunity to shape the bright young minds of future generations. While many professions can be impactful, I believe the qualities of the person in the career position to be the most influential.
I want to enter into the field of education because I want to see children succeed. I love to let children know that they can accomplish anything that they put their minds to. I want to enter the field of education because I genuinely have a passion to teach and better every child that I can. I aspire to be a teacher because I want to become a great teacher that kids can look up to. I hope to someday be a teacher that when a child grows up they still remember fondly.
