Religions have greatly shaped their followers' lives by their origin stories, societal teachings, and tone in their writings. Christianity VS Buddhism There are a lot of simularities and differences between the two religions Buddhisam and Chrisrianity. Some of the simulariteies are one is that both religions encourage its followers to be charatiable twords the poor. The second one is that both Buddhisam and Christianity were both founded by great Spiritual Masters. The third and final simularitie between Buddhisam and Christianity is that they both were taught through the use of simple parambles. They call this Karma otherwise known as the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in the future. All religions of the world have various differences, but many have some shared concepts. Those shared concepts may have been caused by the evolution the religions. A great example of that is Hinduism and Buddhism. Buddhism started out in India, which is dominated with Hinduism as its religion and, many aspects of Buddhism are rooted out of the core beliefs of Hinduism. One topic that is very evident in both religions is the the belief of the self, also known as atman in Hinduism, and no-self, known as anatman in Buddhism.
This book compares and contrast the religious beliefs of Buddhism and Christianity. The author does not takes sides, but does emphasis Buddhist beliefs and practices in comparison to Christianity. We should all model our lives after Buddha and Jesus or our faith a practice will suffer and cause suffering as it has throughout history. To truly teach the practices and beliefs of Buddha and Christ one must emulate the life and work of these great teachers. Teaching must be practiced as they are lived, this applies to all Buddhist and Christians alike not only monks, nuns, priest, and bishops.

People of certain religions automatically assume that others that worship differently cannot relate at all to other practices, but are completely wrong.
