As we look at today climate change and the heavy debate on whether it is real or not. Has blanketed the news across the globe. Nevertheless, there are certain laws that were placed to protect some our resources. For example, water, air, land and so on. However, there is one in particular that has been under consisted threat. Which is the right to have clean air to breath? A person needs several things to be able up staining life. That is food, shelter, water, and air and without those things, life cannot go on. The world needed air to survive and the clean air act was one of the many ways we improved our way of living and staying healthy. As came several new amendments and more delegation of power to more agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency. It then the EPA put in place the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). These standards were built upon the previous foundation laid by the MVAPCA. It was a way to control the number of substance that threatens air quality. By dividing the different types pollutants into two very distinct categories. Primary being the first category because dealt directly with harming human healthy. The second category were those pollutes that indirectly threaten human health. It wasn't until 1990 when next important amendment was added and dealt with how the government handled all kind of air pollutes. "For example, the 1990 revisions specifically targeted acid rain, with the goal of reducing the emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides by half” (CLEAN AIR ACT, 2018) The amendment kept added more structure to how we affect the ozone. What is needed to control and eradicate CFCs and other harmful pollutes.
