Being the newly hired vice president of Marketing at Clipboard Tablet Company, analyzing the results of the outgoing vice president will be one of my initial duties. In addition, I will provide my product performance analysis for the given models (tablets X5, X6, and X7). In particular, my focus will be on the given products, their life cycles and how they pile/stack up regarding performance and price. I have put all the relevant considerations in place and weighed the possible outcomes from all the possibilities. Therefore, the information given in this report, being purely a derivation of the data given in the tablet development simulation report given, I have no doubt that my strategies will work. My confidence is that with these new strategies in place, we will be able to achieve the desired product performance and organizational value. Apparently, we can conclude and agree with the chief executive officer of Clipboard Tablets Company limited, Ms. Sally Smothers was right with her claim that Mr. Joe Thomas, the former marketing vice president for the company was comfortable with things as they were. This way, he compromised profits maximization and customer satisfaction. Although his plan was viable in the beginning (suggesting the reason why he was kept in the company for some time), did not take into account current factors.
