Pride shows itself to be a prime motivator for people to stray away from learning. In college it is easy to be a student because I pour massive amounts of money into my education, but when it comes to area outside the classroom I tend to be prideful about what I know. If what I am saying is true for my life, I probably can say it is true for most everyone’s life. Learning the principle of teach ability takes a step of humility. For most people humility does not come naturally. Having a teachable spirit will aid a leader in their ministry and their daily life. There are two areas to learn from being teachable, the first is to never stop learning the second is to be open to evaluation.
