Purpose o This lab evaluates two primary sources of electricity generation. Coal and Nuclear power and regard to take a look at each of these sources to determine which is better for human sustainability. This lab report pinpoints the variation of pollution over a period of time using both the coal and nuclear power plants. This lab will also demonstrate the results of their use.
• Introduction o Given the two primary sources of power generation is Coal fired and Nuclear Power which of these is better for Human Sustainability? Clearly, glancing at the advantage and subjection of the two power sources will output the needed outcome. We know that coal is an inexpensive source of power. Coal is affordable. In addition, coals are an abundant …show more content…

As daunting as those scenarios seem, the danger of climate change is more urgent.
• Methods o This analysis of the two energy sources was based on use of 1 ton of coal and 1 ton of nuclear power since less than 1 ton of these sources is needed to generate 1kWh of electricity. The use of 1 ton of each of these energy sources was also based on the fact that it would measure out a comparison and decisive analysis of coal and nuclear power plants. The data in the lab report were obtained through distinct computations on the tons of energy source needed to produce 1kWh of electricity.
• Results/Outcome o To obtain the actual results in the lab report, research on the quantity of electricity produced by various energy sources was carried out on an annual basis. These results were then split to access the proper estimate for each of the categories required for analysis. Furthermore, the appropriate lab procedures on electricity generation were also conducted.
