Throughout my life, my goal has always been to be accepted into an Ivy League school or any university of the sort. After that, I would love to be able to travel the world and explore other cultures, religions, and languages. It is without a shadow of a doubt that the world’s different cultures have been an interesting subject to me for my entire life. Being able to converse and connect with the wonderful people of other genders is something that I know I would fall in love with quickly. I strongly want to grasp true appreciation for their norms and way of life, and one can only do that by traveling to these people’s homelands and really taking part of what goes on. My beautiful mother always made sure to add an obscene amount of love to the tacos I enjoyed so wholeheartedly. Throughout my life, as well throughout my academic career, I have held an immense amount of pride in belonging to the Latino community. Along with identifying with my family, I could always interact and connect with Latino friends as well. Despite not being born in Mexico, I speak the language, indulge in the food, and participate in the wonderful traditions. It is without a doubt that the members of the community are some of the most kindhearted people I have ever been around. Humility and kindness are virtues, and my parents have always made it important to teach their importance to me. Aside from family, these are important as well, and make for friendships that can last a lifetime. My part in this community is taking part in the traditions and enthusiastically celebrating where I come from. I’ve been in the Society of Latinos club for 3 years as well, which allows me to be more involved with the Latino community at school and near my school. Apart from this, it will be my responsibility to pass on traditions as well as be a mindful and exemplary member of the community.
