Isaiah 45:12 -" I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, [even] my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded." This verse states directly that god created the earth and all upon it. It goes on to say that even the life being created by other life on each was, in turn, created by him. The verse also states that he created the heavens, where he and his people who have left he earth reside. Through this text it is clear to see, from a biblical perspective, that God was he sole creator of the universe and all upon it. Colossians 1:16 - For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him" this verse states that not only was were the heavens and earth created by The Lord, but also that all kingdoms, countries, and other regions that are governed by man were, in actuality, created by him.
