Comcast has been a household name for decades. Comcast is known for their high-quality cable, voice and internet products that serve more than 27 million customers across the United States. To remain relevant, however, Comcast must match the quality of their services with the quality of their products.
While Comcast has thrived in the realm of product quality, Comcast has struggled to provide high-quality customer-support services and consistent high-quality installations.
