What makes Publix stand out from its competitors? Quality service is the marketing strategy Publix uses to attract its customers. For years they have delivered top rated service to its customers, employees and the community. In fact for the past five years, Publix was rated “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Supermarket Pharmacies by J.D. Power & Associates”.
When comparing Publix to one of their main competitor such as Walmart. I strongly believe you get what you pay for. Walmart lures customers by lowering (roll back) prices.
