Company X EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK – ETHICS PROCEDURES This section of your employee handbook will go into detail Company X’s applicable standards and procedures, training for all employees in the organization, monitoring and reporting misconduct in the workplace and standard audit procedures. A. APPLICABLE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES The following standards and procedures shall apply to all employees of Company X: 1. Workplace Safety: Please keep your work area clean and clear of all unnecessary items. Please do not smoke at your desk. Please be observant of your surroundings at all times. Do not distract other employees as they may get injured by your distraction. Do not wear any loose clothing items or pieces of jewelry around any moving machinery. 2. Respect for others: Company X is devoted and pledged to the principle of treating each company employee with courtesy, appreciation and respect. Company X forbids discrimination and/or harassment for all of our employees and potential employees without consideration to age, race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, any type of disability and medical condition. 3. Ethics committee members are to monitor employees at all times. Managers will be monitoring any possible workplace safety issues, sexual harassment and discrimination, personal usage of computers (i.e. social media websites, adult websites, etc.), drug or alcohol usage and sexual harassment. Ethical committee members will install software on individual work computers that will track all sites visited and emails sent. Sophisticated software will analyze all emails sent between employees to filter out any possible work-place harassment or discrimination going on. They will also randomly walk through work areas and randomly review surveillance video recorded throughout the work
