Company X Ethics Program Part A: Standards and Procedures All employees are required to adhere to the same behavior and conduct while working at Company X. The general conduct defined within this policy are your responsibility to Company X and to your fellow employees. A functional ethics program requires employees to abide by certain rules of behavior and conduct. Company X has developed a standard ethics program to ensure employees know what is expected and necessary while employed at Company X. Our Ethics and Compliance team continuously monitors our program to make sure that every employee is in compliance. Our main focus is on business conduct, which is laid out in our Ethics Program requires every employee to remain honest, with the highest integrity. All employees are required to read and understand the Ethics Program upon being hired upon the first day. Employee Responsibility Every employee that works for Company X has a certain responsibility to uphold the business and ethics code of conduct. If at anytime you hear or see anything that is not in regulation of the law that is unethical you are required to report such acts to the Compliance Department. If you the employee knows of any information that anyone within the company is not in compliance and is not reported you may be subject to disciplinary actions if it is brought to the attention of the Compliance Department that you were aware of the situation.
