Michael Jordan loved to play sports as a kid. His two favorite sports were Baseball and Basketball, but he did not know which he wanted to master. His preferred sport was baseball but switched to basketball when he got better and spent more time on the court. He ended up playing professional basketball for 15 seasons before switching to baseball for switching to baseball in 1993 to honor his father's death. Major Leage Baseball (MLB) and the National Basketball Association (NBA) have some things in common, but they have their differences proving that the NBA is the better sport.

Baseball stadiums are normally a lot larger. With them being larger it is harder to have them inside, so most baseball stadiums are outside. This means you must deal with whatever weather is present during the game. It could be snowing or raining and the game gets delayed and must sit there in the rain waiting for it to stop. On the other hand, you could just leave early; rain or snow could last hours. The Basketball stadiums are normally smaller for their courts are about 92x49 feet while baseball fields are about 350x350 feet. That means they are inside so you will not deal with the outside weather. This means there will also be air conditioning so it will not be hot during the game which is good for the audience and the players playing. The NBA is more entertaining to watch, same as for playing. There is constant action going on, while Baseball most action happens during the end of the game, normally during the seventh inning stretch. those games normally take a while for most MLB games are about 3 hours. There are a lot of ways to injure yourself while playing MLB. From straining your arm throwing wrong to getting smacked in the face by a 100-mph fastball. Sprains or twists in the muscles or tissues are the most common injuries that can happen. You can injury yourself by sliding wrong, tripping over the bases, or even getting your hand be stepped on with metal cleats by a 200 lb. Man. It is easy to not see another player while trying to go for a ball in the air and collide. If you collide in the right way, you could break or fracture a bone. You still can easily get injured playing basketball, the most common injuries are jammed fingers and bruising of the legs. Jammed fingers will take about 2 weeks to heal up correctly and bruised knees will be fine withing a week. You can get heat stroke from playing baseball during the scorching summer for being out in the field for too
