The Bible is the most complete book in the world. It contains teachings related to most of the economic and social issues. Many Bible verses are related to business and they talk about human values that we should focus on in business world. As Christian, we have to make sure that we respect the values that God teaches us through the Bible. Integrity and honesty must always guide our actions and decisions so that we can surely be successful as Christian and business man. The people around us notice our actions and interpret them. A good or bad reputation is linked to us throughout our lives. However, reputation is not quantifiable and therefore human being tends to put it aside to stay focused on measurable values, and chiefly money. The Bible teaches us to behave with compassion with people .This biblical principle is a fundamental commandment of Christianity and can also be considered as the basis for our reputation as Christian. To be esteemed it is important to act with generosity and consider that our behaviors affect people around us. The bible says that, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23 ESV. This Bible verse tells us how to behave in the society. We observe a degradation of good social behavior over years and those are expanding rapidly and affects an important number of population. There is a modern feeling that is spreading and consider that economy and morality are two singularly incompatible concepts. Morality is seen as relating to intangible values. It is about what is more human, personal and emotional. In contrast, economy, by its nature, is dehumanized and depersonalized. It puts a tangible value on anything and considers before the individual as a unit of production and consumption in a vast impersonal system. A good reputation is built over time by the accumulation of tiny actions. In contrast, a single thoughtless act enough to lose, for example a single misdemeanor will forget all the good we have done in the past. As Christian, that human values are those that must guide our actions. Yet, in order to achieve economic objectives are often distant from the social aspect of our activity. As manager and Christian
