Dearest Victoria, I regret to inform you of your niece Juliet’s death. You know Romeo, the Montague’s heir and only son, he claims to have fallen in love with her! Remember when I told you that the marriage between them caused more things to happen. Well, it did. I was walking to the market when I saw Romeo and his friends talking to his brother, Tybalt. Tybalt was enraged that Romeo had gone to the ball the other night because he's a Montague and he wasn't invited! Well, unknown to any of us, Romeo and Juliet had just gotten married, so instead of trying to fight Tybalt, he told him “I do protest I never injured thee / But love thee better than thou canst devise / Till thou shalt know the reason of my love / and so good Capulet which name I tender / as dearly as my own, be satisfied.” (line 69 - 73, act 3 scene 1). He was telling him that I won't fight you because you are my Soon after, something happened. The two groups fought and Mercutio was slain.
