Michelle Pfeiffer, an American actress and singer, wisely said, “Everybody is vulnerable to being in relationships where you get fooled. I’m no different. It’s just human nature.” Pfeiffer’s statement is completely true. Everyone has had a time in their life when they were exposed to toxic people. Once you realize these relationships are hurting you, there are two options to choose from. You can either leave the relationship that is poisoning you, or you can stay in the relationship and it can lead to your demise. Political natured people are goal-oriented, power seeking, and strive for attention or money. In Macbeth, Lady Macbeth shows many of the qualities for having political human nature. She goads Macbeth to become king. In Act 1 Scene 7 Lines 69-70, Lady Macbeth Said, "We fail? But screw your courage to the sticking-place, and we’ll not fail." In this scene you can truly see the political nature of Lady Macbeth. She desires for Macbeth to have the power of king, not caring about all the unimaginable things they’ll have to do to reach that goal. Her desire for power will soon makes her delusional, which just proves that power truly does corrupt. In real life, just like in Macbeth, there are people who have political human nature. Such as principals who value doing things right and have to be goal-oriented to succeed in their job. Any great leader has to have political aspects of human nature because that means they will do things right and get their goals done.
