Believe it or not religions have a same foundation of principles. Examples are Islam, Confucianism and Buddhism. They all believe in righteousness, selflessness, compassion, and devotion . Although these religions were founded many years apart and began in different parts of the world, they all share mildly common and basic principles as well as fundamental truths.
Beginning with Islam, muslims believe that there is one true magnificent God, and that he has no son that he shares his glory with. Muslims also believe in divine angels and that the Quran is the absolute Word of Allah that was given to His last prophet Muhammed Ali. In the excerpt from the Quran (Surah 92 The Night al Lail) two attributes of Allah are mentioned. Allah is proclaimed to be compassionate and merciful, even more merciful than a mother is to her children which the Quran mentions as well. Buddhism also encourages it followers to study and observe life and question and to test whether or not things are true rather than believe what they are told.Their life goal was obtain enlightenment. Buddhism’s basic beliefs and practices incorporated these principles called 4 Noble Truths, and according to them the cause of human suffering is ignorance and desires. When we engage in our desires we create problems for ourselves and the only way to end or problems and end the suffering is to squash those desires. Buddhism affected the daily lives of its followers through the Eightfold Path. The Eightfold Paths were teachings that the followers practiced in order to avoid desires and end suffering. It taught them to lead an ethical life, speak respectfully, have a positive state of mind, engaging in beneficial livelihoods, the practice of meditation in order to reach enlightenment and so
