The five world religions practiced in SE Asia’s are Hinduism, Confucianism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity. In Burma, Cambodia and Indonesia is dominated by a single religion. On the other hand the Malaysia and Singapore have multiple religions that people practice.
Hinduism used to be the major religion of Southeast Asia. Hinduism was spread through the Indian traders. Hinduism gave some influence in languages, religious belief in literature, the arts and styles of government, and social organizations. Between the 1200s to 1400s Hinduism faded away and other religion were introduced. Currently there is a smaller population of those who believe in Hinduism.
