The two leaders that were in the civil war were against each other these two people were Ulysses S. Grant and Robert E. Lee. Ulysses S. Grant was a general in chief and a great strategic leader during the Civil War. Ulysses S. Grant was a great leader, but he also had a challenge toward him. The challenge towards Ulysses S.
