Stephen Harper wants to give small businesses a tax rate cut from 11% to 9%. When the discussion for Foreign Policy and Security started, he stated that he would like to go to war with ISIS. Harper stayed strong with his beliefs and explained how Canada had the strongest economic growth since the 2008 recession.
