The two stories, The Masque of the Red Death, and Hop-Frog were written by Edgar Allen Poe in 1842 and 1849 respectively. The movie adaptation of these two stories was directed by Roger Corman and released in 1964. The film chose a radical approach, mostly because of the added characters, new details, and a different storyline. First of, the characters of Francesca, Gino, Lodovico and Juliana were completely fabricated on not at all based on any character from either story. The only main characters in Masque were Prince Prospero, and in Hop-Frog, it was the jokester king, Hop-Frog, and the dancer.
Over the past few years, a rise in concern for endangered species has emerged. There have been many animals that were mistreated by humans who wanted them as pets. Problems of potential extinction, unsatisfactory living conditions, hunting, and trading in the market have put special species of animals in danger. Many people have started to wonder if some species will still be alive in a few years. If this problem continues to heighten, it will not look good for some populations of endangered animals.
She then proceeds to introduce the idea of a global mass extinction and explains that in all of history, such an event has only occurred five times. The rate of the frogs’ disappearances, however, is alarmingly similar to a mass extinction and Kolbert presents “the notion that a sixth such event would be taking place right now” (Kolbert 11). Rather than simply telling us that a global mass extinction is occurring, Kolbert uses the idea of a mass amphibian extinction in the Americas to introduce it. This makes the audience more likely to agree with Kolbert as the story she told seems to be proof of what she is claiming. In addition, the example of the frogs shows the audience that the sixth extinction is a real and present
Animals were migrating to different parts of the country which is a huge problem because it causes invasive species. Invasive species become in competition with the native animals and sometimes causes native species to die off or migrate somewhere else. Animals were found dead in the fields with dust covering their entire body. Most of the deaths in wild animals were caused from lack of food and drinking water. The disease rate in animals also increases drastically.
This is because they eat at a massive rate. All the animals they eat are the ones running around your yard. It is our job to recognize our mistakes as humans and help protect the native environment from these Cuban treefrogs and kill them. If we are to eliminate these frogs we will see a return to what the Florida environment used to

1.0 Introduction The question of whether primates in the wild behave similarly to that in captivity is constantly pondered in the scientific community. So, I observed two primates at the San Francisco Zoo to identify their behavior while in captivity and how they differ from those in the wild. In fact, the behavior of these two primates show a correlation with captivity, something one cannot find in these species out in the wild. It is important to understand the impact captivity is having on primates to ensure that the natural balance of their lives is maintained.
The problems that they have caused in Arizona is one of their biggest problem. They have completely overrun the ecosystem in Arizona which is a big problem. One of the biggest problem is that they can eat almost anything but the worst thing they have come to eat is themselves. The small and large frogs have become cannibalistic and have resorted to feasting on themselves. The worst point is that they have show no signs to stop their cannibalistic ways because unlike adult bullfrogs tadpoles are well feed with algae and insects and as long as they are well feed they look like decent meals to adult bullfrogs.
I believe that Rock and Roll is not responsible for dismantling America’s traditional family, sexual, and racial customs in the 1950s and the 1960s. Rock and Roll had become very popular in the US during the 50s and the 60s that people started to blame Rock and Roll for the big change in the culture. Music does play a small role on the character of teenagers and adults, but it is not the reason for why people act the way they do. Poverty, permissive parents, lack of religious and moral training, televisions, movies, racism, divorced parents, and the decline of parental discipline explain why America’s customs were going downhill (Oakley, 122). Juvenile delinquency in America had increased during the time Rock and Roll was popular so everyone

There are more than 7,500,000,000 Billion humans on earth. And Two-Thirds of the animal species are being wiped out. IN the past 2 or 3 years 100,000 elephants had been killed, numerous species with once robust populations now condensed to a few thousand, a few hundred or even
