I worked as a solution specialist at VZW for five years. I had to work with all wireless products. I had to meet and exceed quota and revenue target for net activations, customer renewals, accessories, handsets, and enhanced services. I also had to demonstrate equipment functions and network capability. I proposed solutions that best suit the company and the customers. I also had to move throughout the store to actively engage customers, demonstrate products, and effectively execute the sales function. I ensured customer satisfaction and resolved all customer issues and concerns.

The three tasks that were required for this job that I enjoyed the most were

· Accurately process customer transactions

It helped me stay current with the products so if I encounter the” know it all customer” I can show my knowledge and the learning pattern that is associated with this task is Precision.

I appreciated processing customer transactions since there is so many of them such as feature change, gross add, upgrade, sim change and global features change. These transactions were not time-consuming it was one of the reasons that I liked them. The learning pattern that is required with this task is Technical Reasoning for it requires hand-on.

Finally, the public interactions I learned so much from my customers and even their secrets. They trusted me with their stories and theirs frustrations. It was also comical to see how they can be open with complete strangers and made me laugh. Confluence is what is required with this task as it allows me be creative and make work easier. I liked that connection that I made with them.
