Fahrenheit Book Burner In the book Fahrenheit 451 firemen burn houses instead of putting fires out ,and the author Rad Bradbury includes how technology is “Taking over the Economy”. Firemen are the policemen of the future world ,and some humans have made mistakes by hiding books. The author reveals throughout the novel how montag goes through transformation and how he changes.
1)In the beginning of the chapter, the narrator couldn 't help feeling scared and curious. After some time more people are appearing near the pit again. 2)Next green smoke appears out of the pit while people were crowding around it. 3)While the green smoke was rising the narrator failed to realize that the smoke was killing people.
The Cahills were cornered by the Holts and the Holts ask for the clue but the Cahills were trying to stall. One of the Holts cannot take it any longer so he grabbed Dan by the neck and started to strangle him. Amy 's heart sank and she gave them the bag that the clue was in just to save her brother. Nellie found them and asked if they were okay and they said they were alright in a sad tone.

In Chapter 1, the overall main idea that the author writes about is Gantos lifestyle in St. Croix leading him to the drug culture. The drugs being available everywhere especially the dope never made him think that it would lead him to trouble or jail. He talks about the consequences that St. Croix is dealing, the racism between blacks and whites. His plans in St. Croix changing with the racism situation leading his father jobs to get cancelled, having them work at building wooden packages. He later meets Rik who’s a dope smuggler since he always has him shipping his artifacts with extra protection.
Septimus Warren Smith, a thirty year old shell-shocked World War 1 veteran is lost in his own mind and has detached himself from reality. He believes that he is somehow connected to the tree’s and doesn't want them to be cut down. The motorcar that backfired outside Mulberry’s shop window took Septimus back in time to when he was in the war. He began blaming himself for the traffic the car caused “ It is I who am blocking the way” (Woolf 15), and envisions it bursting into flames. Towards the beginning of the novel, a plane flew by and spelled out the word “Toffee.”
Chapter 1 “All Starts” All starts with a man called Christopher Mellow. He worked on a technological company in the state of New York, USA. He was very young and intelligent man. One day he was checking private documents about what he was doing was use for, he checked the trade secrets that the company used for years. Very distressed because his boss always at a certain time checked the documents.

Since in the country side, it’s always more quiet, they began to assume that maybe it would be more safe for them over there.

He(the character) had internal conflict and external because he had found out something tragic that he will not forgive his father for what he had done in the past. The was some foreshadowing in the beginning so then they started to explain what have happen to that man hat have died. That would have gave the read some emotion to the story or thinking of the story of what they will be talking about or giving more info to answer the questions that the read had. “I wanted movement and not a clam course of existence. I wanted excitement and danger and the change to sacrifice myself for myself a superabundance of energy which found no outlet in our life.

This was Chicago, on the eve of the greatest fair in history.” – Page 38 This quote was from the first chapter of the book, which set the scene of Chicago in the late 19th century. It explained the two main plots of the book: the World Fair and Holmes’s killing spree. The “something dark” taking root within the first sentence differentiates the “greatest fair in history” of the second sentence, which ends up taking place at the same time and place.
An animalistic roar cut through the still rather cold air, just as a few instructions were exchanged between the men down in the street through yelling and shouting. The animal, painted with red color that highly contrasting with its skin, only gave another distressed sound and bucked, making the trinkets on him jingle. The men, trying to calm the beast, all took a step back before the shouting began anew, none of them paying any attention to the silhouette high above them. Malik was paying close attention to the group of the celebrating, watching their efforts to get the animal to the streets for quite some time.
