Section 6: Conflict Resolution Procedures Team members will make an effort to identify, assess, analyze, and address all problems together as they arise. No decisions will be made without having all team members informed and involved in the decision making process. In the event that there are multiple proposals on a decision point - a democratic process shall take place by vote to reach a unanimous decision.
