Background statement: Heritage Valley Medical Center has had a wonderful reputation for providing excellent health care services to their community. Initially, their community was 80% Caucasian, 40% African American, and 5% Hispanic. However, in the last 5 years, the population has changed to more minorities and the whites have moved out to the suburbs. This caused the Center’s occupancy rate to go down 40% because many of their traditional, more affluent, private-pay patients had left the neighborhood. To bring in revenue, they campaigned to bring in more Medicaid patients.

I am writing to present a compelling case for including a HIM professional on the CPOE (Computerized Provider Order Entry) project team at Happytown General Hospital. As an HIM professional myself, I strongly believe that our department possesses unique insights, skills, and knowledge that can significantly contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of the CPOE system. In this proposal, I will outline the benefits and value that a HIM professional can bring to the project team. Expertise in Health Information Management: HIM professionals possess specialized knowledge in managing health information throughout its lifecycle. We have a deep understanding of the information needs of various healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
This report addresses the issues arising from the case study report of Guelph General Hospital. Over the years, the hospital has experienced challenges in the delivery of services to consumers. This is especially due to the expanding numbers of patients that have affected the normal functioning of the hospital system. Starting with the improvement of the emergency department, GGH has focused on the practices that would accommodate the increasing demands for medical services. The lean methodology is one of the implementations that aimed at reducing wastage within the system, in order to create value for the services offered.
Good evening. I would like to start by sharing a quote from an unknown author: Being a nurse isn’t about grades, it’s about being who we are. No book can teach you how to cry with a patient. No class can teach you how to tell their family that their parent has died or is dying. No professor can teach you how to find dignity in giving someone a bed bath.
Hope you had a wonderful New Year. I want to thank you once again for giving the opportunity to interview at St. Joseph’s Family Medicine Residency Program on September 29, 2015. I enjoyed my interview at your program and meeting with the faculty and residents. Also, I appreciate you taking your time to give me a follow-up call last week. I was very impressed how close-knit the program was and how smoothly the faculty and residents interacted.
These events were unfair and unjust and I have petitioned through them all. I, therefore, the employee of Memorial Hospital Miramar’s Gift Shop, have decided to leave your management. I am more than happy to find another place of employment and I am positive I will find one that does not argue with me, gives me the days off I need, allows me to change shifts when I need to, and most importantly respects me. I am officially resigning my position and I will swing by tomorrow for my last pay
Based on this case the cost driver is to properly distribute the direct cost among the different divisions. Dr. Julian would like to control her departments costs by having them distributed fairly among the divisions without affecting the hospital’s reimbursement/revenue. Carroll University Hospital is currently using the standard costing unit, which is based on the cost of bed/day for inpatients. Currently the present cost accounting system that is being used at CUH takes the total direct cost of the departments, then allocates the indirect costs and distributes it among the departments evenly regardless of the actual resources being used in those departments, and without considering that there may be some patients in these divisions that may require more resources than others, this method does not seem to recognize the different activities,
I am very interested in the position as a Registered Nurse for the Medical Oncology Infusion clinic available on the Memorial Hospital of Gulfport website. As a dedicated Registered Nurse with a 30-year span of experience, I believe I would be an asset for this position and the clinic team. My work experience includes Medical/Surgical nursing at acute care setting, a busy Ambulatory Clinic for three surgeons for two years, 10 years at Outpatient Surgery Center, three years as a Community Outreach Cancer nurse and much more. My skill sets are the strong ability to assess patients using the nursing process and principles, knowledge of the many procedures and protocols, proficient with using clinic equipment, multitasking to meet patients and family needs, to think critically during procedures and in emergencies, and interpreting and following instructions from the physicians.
With those said, I know very well that this type of play style is not a best fit for everyone. Which is why I’d like to say that THIS is what the guild is about. If it doesn’t fit someone, then that someone is free to leave or resign, no hard feelings. Members have been coming and going, which is normal. As much as we want people to stay, we won’t force anyone to stay, especially if they feel that this game and/or the guild is a chore.
I am submitting this letter of intent with the hopes of acquiring a unit management position with the company of Waffle House. I am aware that my hiring is based upon my completion of training for the next 16 weeks as well as my completion of my degree program. Though I have no management experience, I do have experience in training others, supervising others and waitressing in restaurants. Given all of this experience, I am confident that I will do well with obtaining this new position of management.

Dear Mrs. Anderson, I really enjoyed the last week’s hospital staff meeting. I particularly enjoyed your presentation on infection control and found it very informative. I think that this training helped the nursing staff understand the importance of infection control and emphasized the hospital policy on the subject. After the meeting last week, the topic of stress in the nursing community came up, and many of the nursing staff came to me to talk about the stress they experience in their day to day routine.
