I am notifying you about my strength, challenges, (related to school)fun memories, times when I struggled the most,and how to prepare me for highschool and beyond. Three majestic school strengths that I have is mathantics, science, and writing. I believe i’m good at science because I have a passion to to learn about the world and how it works. Many people just like me believe science is the key to life. On the flip side to that math is just as equivalent to science as science is to math. Some of my the challenges I have is group work, new tech , and gym. I you noticed all of these have one thing in common. GROUP WORK!!!! Three reasons why I don't like working in groups is lack of respect, people not valuing others opinions, and some people just SOCIALIS. When I work in a group I want people to show a respect to where everybody feels welcomed and not disliked. My philosophy is, settle your fued and make a friend. The second thing that really infuriates me is when people don't listen to the other view. This upsets me because people are individually talented, and they might bring other things that you need. When I was younger math was the hardest thing ever. I was so embarrassed that I didn't know how to count I would act out. When other people solved the problem I would beat myself up and say i'm stupid or i'm not good enough. One thing I wish my teacher in first, second, and third would have taught me the word called failure!!!!!!! This explains why I was not good at math. Now i'm very good at math and received a lot of awards for it. Learning how to read was problem for me because I wasn't a person who liked to read. I had a fixed mindset. I said I will not learn reading and guess what didn't. When i was in 4rth grade a teacher called on me to read I stumbled on a lot of words. It took me every 3 seconds to get a word. I was so humiliated. So from that they on I Went from a fixed mind set to a growth mindset. I was determined to learn how to read and guess what by fifth grade I was in advanced reading and
