Bacteria are living things that have only one cell. Under a microscope, they look like balls, rods, or spirals. Many are helpful. Some bacteria help to digest food, destroy disease-causing cells, and give the body needed vitamins. Bacteria are also used in making healthy foods like yogurt.
While both Steve Harmon from Monster and Andrew Jackson from Tears of a Tiger both seem like they are unable to do with without somebody else, they differ because Steve is discouraged while Andy is irresponsible. Both characters are very dependent on another supporting character whether it is emotionally or physically. However, Steve is discouraged and worried about his future. Andy, on the the other hand, seems very thoughtless and doesn’t seem to think about the consequences of his actions.

Violet shows off her intelligence numerous times throughout the book, to the point where Titus’s friends and even father think she is snotty and a show-off, even calling her a bitch. Titus thought Violet lacked the basic social intelligence that tells you to adapt to the world around you. But Violet refused to give into the feed and adapting, which led her to resist the feed. This decision she makes is making her unpopular, but it also makes her a rebel, in a way making her a role model for being above the influence. She 's grown up in a whole other world due to the way she was raised by her father.

The portrayal of certain voices and the displaying of contrasting ideas, the two poems have both similar and dissimilar aspects. Gwen Harwood uses two contrasting personae’s in ‘The Violets’ and a broadening, progressive voice throughout ‘At Mornington’ to reflect the journey of both narrators. Through the use of first-person narration, ‘The Violets’ emerges with a cold, brittle attitude emphasised through short, sharp sentences.
I’m Helen Robinson, Tom Robinson’s wife. There was a timeframe in the book just after Tom was killed, before Helen could find a secure way to earn money for her family; it was a very unstable time for her and her children. Although Helen is portrayed as meek and kindhearted, much like Tom, the overwhelming sadness and pressure may have caused her to break down emotionally, or feel some emotions of vengeance towards a majority of the white community; especially the Ewells. In the novel, the black church provides her with funding and support while Tom is in court.
