BONNIE AND CLYDE MADE EASY
As we are all aware, Bonnie and Clyde were criminals that went from stealing from grocery stores to robbing banks. The “Barrow Gang” as they were called, were ready to kill anyone who would stand in their way. They believed that they would get away with all the criminal actions. They travelled all around the United States in the hope avoiding abduction, but to their great surprise, the worst was coming for them. This is why I claim that, “Crime does not pay”.
To begin with, I have to admit that the movie Bonnie and Clyde was a very good movie because of the lesson behind the movie, its performance, mise en scene and more. Beginning with the first shot of the car in the rain, I came up with …show more content…

I noticed the contrast and color. I noticed there was a significant difference in color contrast between the shots. The first shot was darker compared to the second shot which was bright, glaring and seemed very “innocent”. I am clearly aware that they are criminals and crime does not pay, but when I watched car shot scene, I strongly believed that they were not going to be found and abducted because due to the dark contrast, they were “invisible” to cops and law officials. I felt the opposite about the second shot because they were open to harm. The bright contrast strengthened this feeling because now they were in the “spotlight”, making it very easy to be noticed.
Sound is vital to reinforce my claim. In the car shot, we were able to hear the rain outside of the car so we knew that there was definitely opposition for Bonnie and Clyde but they were protected because of the car. In the second shot, there was no rain and the environment seemed very peaceful. Little did Bonnie and Clyde know that there were open to the opposition. While I was watching the movie, I felt very uncomfortable because I felt like something undelightful was going to happen.
