Given the wide variety of crises that we may encounter at any time, it is extremely important to have a plan in place that will allow Apple Inc. to have a head start when a crisis does occur. The main goal of this Crisis Management Plan will be to neutralize and limit the negative impact a crisis may have on the company. This plan will be implemented when a crisis occurs. Sincerely, Mallorie Fagerstrom Chief Executive Officer, Apple Inc. Acknowledgements We, the members of the Crisis Management Team, who are listed below, have read the following Crisis Management Plan and fully understand its contents. All members of the CMT understand that this plan may not solve a crisis in its entirety, and that changes may need to be made to this plan.
