A crisis can be any event, whether internal or external, that affects the safety, reputation, or integrity of this company. A crisis can either be contained and effectively managed, or spun out of control into an even more detrimental situation. Given the wide variety of crises that we may encounter at any time, it is extremely important to have a plan in place that will allow Apple Inc. to have a head start when a crisis does occur. The main goal of this Crisis Management Plan will be to neutralize and limit the negative impact a crisis may have on the company. This plan will be implemented when a crisis occurs.
