The whole first paragraph shows ambiguity information in whish the writer try to hide in actor's identity . From the title of the article we can understand a kind of spotting to the reader thoughts for example, by using the abstract noun phase ''rare bombing" as it shows that the objective Rare is indicate something extraordinary to happen in the country as Iraq in which bombing is something unusual. Adjectives such as "serious attacks and rare double car bombing.'' Used by writer to give more highlighting in the action events in purpose to open the reader thought and expectation for the real active person of the attacks.
