Corporate Culture Although my internships gave me the experience of working with a federal agency, I did not particularly favor working atmosphere in my organization because I only worked with my supervisor in his office. I didn’t get the chance to work with other coworkers in the organization since I was not given the access to many offices in the building. Some cultural norms were explained to me was that when I working with evidence I have to make sure that don’t change anything on a computer we were working on. Another cultural norm that was explained to me was that I’m not allowed to go on my personal email on a work computer because some emails could contain a virus that could affect the whole organization. Some cultural norm that I picked on was that I needed to keep my cellphone off at all times and I had to wear business casual clothes. I did gain insights about corporate culture that I will take into consideration when searching for full-time employment. For instance, my supervisor has an IST degree, emphasized that although I wanted to become a computer forensics analyst getting certification is just as important as getting the required degree.
