I agree with the writers that people identify problems related to culture and intergenerational communications. Though, in the study there was a lack of culture represented to collect accurately sufficient qualitative data. There was a great representation of age-group conducted in the research, but the paper gives the reader a biased perspective by focusing only on Caucasians. When I think about culture, I think about nationality, ethnicity, behaviors, beliefs, values as well as economic stands, which I think study failed to deliver. Also, I believe they failed to collect a bigger sample size by focusing only on 24 participates in their interviews.
