We’d be fine with a timeframe for the hospital to make the application. 36-521.02.D – We have two comments here. 1) As drafted, the subsection says that if a Certificate of Hold is issued by the SA then a hospital can hold a patient for 9 hours, once medically cleared, while waiting for transport to the SA.

The complaint states that on October 14, 2016, plaintiff Kirk Thompson, a UPS driver, delivered a box to defendant Eleanor Lewis at her single-family home in White Plains, New York. Mr. Thompson then walked back to his van when he heard a female voice behind him instructing him not to move. James Eagan Holmes was born on December 13, 1987. On July 20, 2012, James was murdered 12 people, and injured 70 people in the 2012 Aurora shooting. Miss Leonardo’s injury of severe eye pain and a broken blood vessel is not in dispute, as it is the result of Vincent throwing the pencil on the desk, it bouncing off the desk, and hitting Miss Leonardo in the eye.
