There are going to be ten people employed at the company, these employees will all have separate jobs, but collaborate on a regular basis. The jobs types we will have at the company are a technician, database administrator, engineer, systems administrator, software developer, programmer, graphic designer, tester, webmaster and the BOSS. These employees and their roles are the fundamental basis from which the company will operate. There are overlaps with some of each roles job parameters but this leads to an effective interlink structure where information is doubled checked, as two separate employees each conduct their own investigations.

This is an important role as it involves the creation of the final software product and will have the majority of the pressure on them. They will have to optimise the programs that they create for clients with the software developer, this also means collaborating with the tester and arranging effective debug protocols. They will find themselves having to create graphs and tables to show the effectiveness and progress of the software product. Programmers should also have positive traits that will help them in programming such as an analytical mind and logical thought process. It is important that they have regular meetings with all employees to inform them on progress and get input on how to improve overall quality of the design
