A middle-aged woman, by the name of Anna Garcia, was found dead inside her home at around 9:00AM. From the findings that we have gathered, I observed that there was a pattern. Things from DNA, crime scene information, to persons of interests. There was unknown DNA at the scene, such as the mystery blood. The crime scene information had many questioning things in it. There were also a few persons of interest, who may have committed the crime either alone or with an accomplice. There were many things that that were discovered during the investigation, that will eventually lead to the cause of Anna’s death, although it is still unknown. Our findings from the gel electrophoresis, blood spattering, and persons of interest, all led us closer to finding the culprit of the whole mysterious death situation. One of the culprits, Alex Garcia, was Anna’s former husband. He and Anna went through a nasty divorce the year before. Not long afterwards, Alex remarried a much younger woman and were expecting a baby. Since he needed money, he went to Anna’s home to discuss some paperwork’s, and that was the last time he saw her. Another person of interest was Doug Greene, Anna’s neighbor, and a friend who called the police. He claimed to have last seen her at 6:30am, walking her dog. The interesting thing was that Doug and Anna had previously been in a romantic relationship, up until Anna ended the relationship in the previous week. Eric piedmont, Alex Garcia’s new wife, was also considered a culprit due to the fact that she was seen sitting in a car parked on the street in front of Anna’s home the day before Anna’s death. She and Anna also had a heated argument at a local restaurant. The last but not least suspect was Lucy Leffingwell, Anna’s best friend and co-worker. They were in an argument due to business
