Deeply Connects To Our 7th Grade Theme Of Human Dignity

I think that this movie deeply relates and connects to our 7th grade theme of human dignity. Firstly, in this movie, there were many events where August was being bullied by his classmates and/or students in the school. Another student named Jack decided to not bully him, instead be friends with him. I think this action demonstrates the gift Fortitude and courage because Jack needed to have courage to approach someone he never even talked to in his life, and be friends with him because he knew it was the right decision to make in the eyes of God. I really admire this action because he found the courage to speak to someone he didn't know. I also believe that Jack demonstrated Counsel or right judgment because Jack knew that he would get bullied

Later in the movie, Jack had the courage to stand up against one of the bullies for making fun of august, he even punched one of the bullies in the face, due to this Jack got a 2 day suspension. I think these two efforts of Jack deeply connect to human dignity, and I can connect to this by trying to be more passionate and empathetic as Jack was in the movie. When another student named Summer decided to befriend August, a lot changed. Summer knew that befriending August was necessary because she didn't like her current friends at school. I think summer demonstrated the gift of the holy spirit; understanding and knowledge. Summer was aware of the fact that this was the right decision to make in her school life, and it turned out very well for her, she ended up becoming more popular as she was before and they ended up becoming best friends. But, if she never demonstrated these gifts, she would be stuck with her fake friends who didn't even care about her. I think that this action represents human dignity very well because she was very kind to August and treated him like a normal person instead of a kid with a facial deformity. Another gift that relates to my movie is
