Yesenia Vargas Different Mindsets Everybody has a different mindset. This mindset determines how people approach the problems that they come across daily. Some people might even have both mindsets and use one of them for certain problems and the other one for different ones. Both mindsets are learned and they are learned starting from the day you start learning doing simple things like walking and talking. People with fixed mindsets are afraid of challenges. Setbacks devastate them. Most people with these mindsets were the smart kids in elementary school. Those that got praise daily for how smart they were so they became comfortable and did not learn on how to study to keep learning. These kids realize later on that school does get harder
